- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The rudeness of their non-medical staff starts with the phone message: if you call at 8 AM, the message, after obligatory 'if this is a life threatening emergency, hang up and call 911' - which I find obnoxious, continues explaining that the office is closed and to call in 'normal business hours'. If 8 AM is not normal business hours, they should specify what is. Receptionists do not get kinder when you get them on the phone or go in in person. The doctors are OK.
